[An Introduction to Megazumi World]
Megazumi World is an early 2000's virtual pet site inhabited by creatures known as Megazumi pets. The world is expansive and ever growing as the website's Players explore the countryside and meet the folks who live there. The main region is primarily occupied by trolls that live quiet, easygoing lives alongside the eponymous Megazumi.
Megazumis are smart creatures, they are as intelligent as a three year old child. They are friendly, love to dress up, and play games- making them great companions to Players who visit the website. Megazumi were discovered a long time ago.

There are a variety of Megazumis, currently there are around 60 popular species of pet. The most commonly seen are: Woobi, Mewlien, Mushpup, Stonét, Cheeby, Goobun and Num-Num. The popularity of pets can depend on contemporary fads and the temperament of pet species.
For example: Pokos are stubborn, independent pets that first time pet owners struggle to properly care for. Because of this, Poko are not very popular to adopt.

[Raising Megazumi Pets]
Megazumis occupy various habitats in the world, but a vast majority of them are raised by Adoption Centers who take care of, feed, and raise the young pets until they are ready to be adopted by Players.
When a Player adopts a Megazumi they are responsible for feeding them, playing with them, and keeping them happy. If a pet is neglected for too long, they become depressed and have very little energy. Responsible pet owners make sure to spend time with their companions at least once a day.
Thankfully there's no shortage of fun activities in Megazumi World! You can go fishing at the pond, explore the outdoors, forage in the woods, and play tons of mini-games!

[Unique Colors]
Megazumis can be found in a variety of different colors! For example: a Goobun can naturally be blue, green, or pink. And these colors can be changed with magical stones known as Hue Stones.

Hue Stones were first created by ancient Stonéts. Nobody is quite sure how they are made, but sometimes a Hue Stone can be found while exploring. The stones are considered highly valuable due to their scarcity and magical properties.
Extremely rare Hue Stones may even alter a Megazumi pet's anatomy. If you were to give a Chilly Hue Stone to a Goobun, their appearance would change dramatically!
